Romy, would like to know if you or anyone else, have some opinions on this table.. The top small platter is 20 lbs. the bigger platter is 45 lbs. the Company used Block wood (butcher Block wood.? )The turntable was built for a friend by a new Company that has never built turntables before only speakers and xovers. I have a problem with it,but what do I know?..Could be I have been living in a cave all these years. Cost to my friend for this turntable near $3,000 I am at no time coming down on the Company, but do have a problem with the design and wood used..I own a Maplenoll Apollo..Could I be totally wrong? Just asking.Enrico
