| fiogf49gjkf0dRomy, I use MDF primarily, plywood occasionally and solid wood if I am forced to. Round horns are precision CNC made within +/- 50 microns.
 However, during sanding and finishing process the accuracy is somewhat spoiled.
 The final accuracy is +0.05 / -0.5 mm, for smaller horns even better.
 Rectangular bass horns are somewhere between +1/-1 mm.
 I believe that, I have never actually measured the accuracy :-)
