I did not miss your first sentence and certainly do not disagree, but we are not yet at a point where that would be a next step. History is full of best qualified people for certain challenges, but the logistics were just in the way. I have the suspicion that the "organisation" would be concious centric and that most would not even have a collection of "favorite" or "worthy" music.
I have my score for the Shostakovich and am working on a proper response based on my current interpretation in relation to the WDR (and Mariinsky) recordings.Rerurn to Romy the Cat's Site
