Apologies for the very late reply—I spent some time trying to track down the references you mentioned on your site.

I wasn’t able to locate the exact post you were referring to, but I did go through several Micro Seiki threads where maintenance (especially bearing oil and setup) has been discussed.

Just wanted to check—am I looking in the right place, or is there a specific page/thread on your site you would recommend?

Also, I want to make sure I’m understanding your point correctly: proper maintenance for the RX-5000 would involve removing the platter, accessing the bearing, and refreshing the oil (something light like turbine oil VG32 or similar)?

Appreciate your guidance here—just want to make sure I’m taking care of the table the right way.
