Wojtek, not sure what you mean by "primitive", but at present I suppose any efforts I make with hi-fi relate to what I am getting from the recorded Music I listen to, and (obviously) my system reflects my own aesthetics at any given time, and my results are personal, coming and going. The way I see it, hi-fi involves choices and compromises, and I plan and implement accordingly, sarcasm and wistfulness notwithstanding. For whatever it's worth, it's not like I'm broken on the wheel of hi-fi, and I do not envy or resent others' hi-fi choices or solutions. Goethe came and went, himself. Whatever convinces or moves one, dance on. If it's "primitive" you're after, why not go for it?
