I think these two models are fundamentally different as they are different in capacity. Naturally the Leak tl50 is 50 watts and is stronger than the Leak tl25. In terms of sound I don't see any difference. If I use it for a 20 watt coaxial speaker you should use the leak tl25 because it will be cheaper than the Leak tl50.
