I think we would need another few hundreds years in order our awareness stop to recognize a female as a “pretentious competitor”. Ironically the biggest impact this feeling of the “pretentious contestant” has on females not to the males. Many of female managers that I have seen are excessively proactive and overly dominating. I do not think that they are so become they are too upbeat and dominating but because they feel a subconscious need to prove themselves as an effective female-manager who would be competitive to a virtual demands of mile society. What do you what – we have just a few generations when we liberated (more or less) females form the submissive position …

I do not remember who said it but someone from “the greatest”… he said: “We never know what women would turn into if they were free”. I think we are in process to go there although I personally do not believe that it is a correct direction to go. Nevertheless, somewhere in our “perusing there”, I’m sure, we would face some really “greatest” conductors that would turn out to be females. I think it would be our celebration of who we are or who we become. Still, I think we, as our composite awareness, are still a couple hundreds years away from there….
