I think it is Wiremold part number L10320. At least it used to be. It has no filters, no switch contacts, indicator lights or passive protection devices and uses hospital grade outlets....

I had PS300 and founded only 1 place it did the job - for my then Valhalled Linn LP12. At all other places it worsened sound. Eventually after 4 years it went south.I tried no-label balanced isolated trans-didn't work for me but of course it doesn't ...

Of course I haven't compared it with the Sansui, which appears to be a very serious machine but the Leak sounds more natural to me than the other highly regarded tuners available over here (in the UK) such as the various Naim models, the Audiola...

Yes, the reality of the Marketplace is stark: ~20% of the people have some money to spend after necessities are met, and 80% have little or no "extra" money. It seems obvious that more "free" money is available as one moves up the income slope, and ...

[quote user="Romy the Cat"] What however I fell is shameful in the images above, besides bad taste, is that fact that a president of a country and prime-minister of a county did not find own country audio to make the pictures. Presidents do not plug ...

[quote user="guy sergeant"] I'd agree with that. I wouldn't mind seeing the British PM being seen to support the manufacturers here (such as Avid & Naim!) in such a public way. However, such conspicuous consumption wouldn't be well received here ...

Romy,It is indeed an interesting subject; I am instinctively drawn to it due to the fact that the majority of orchestral instruments - the majority of my listening is orchestral/chamber/classical soloists - produce their own sound through the resonan...
